UI/UX Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Design Manager or Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team to develop UI mocks for new features
• Audit existing features and create design iterations based on stakeholder feedback
• Lead acceptance meetings with UI engineers and iterate designs based on feasibility assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent
• 8+ years of UI design experience, primarily in enterprise software
• Proficient in using Figma for prototyping and collaboration
