Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements and NDAs
• Advise cross-functional teams on legal risks and obligations related to commercial relationships
• Lead privacy and data protection compliance efforts and conduct vendor assessments for security and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Knowledge of fintech, SaaS, and data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR)
• Ability to provide legal guidance to various business stakeholders
• Experience in conducting vendor assessments and due diligence
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in business practices
