A company is looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to scale paid performance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust targeting, creative, bidding, and budgets to meet KPIs
- Collaborate with creative teams to test new ad formats and develop acquisition strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience, preferably in mobile apps within the sports betting or gaming industry
- Experience managing campaigns on major platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of KPIs including CPA, ROAS, and LTV
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Willingness to work nights/weekends aligned with key sports events
