User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer to join a visionary UX team for a 12-month project.

Key Responsibilities

• Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to communicate interaction behaviors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data and usability findings
• Participate in usability testing and analyze performance data to optimize features

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in interaction design for web and/or software applications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience
• Fluency in web-based information architecture and usability principles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• A strong online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
