Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor (Overnight Shift) - Weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Be available for at least one on-call overnight shift per week
• Serve as the initial point of contact for families seeking behavioral health treatment after hours
• Conduct initial phone assessments and document interactions in Salesforce CRM

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles; healthcare or behavioral health experience is preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce
• A calm and caring demeanor when working with families in stressful situations
