Job Summary
A company is looking for a Property Manager to supervise operational and financial activities of properties remotely in Salt Lake City, UT.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and manage hiring processes
- Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and respond to escalated tenant needs and issues
- Develop and control annual budgets, prepare performance reports, and act as the primary contact with property owners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage team performance
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive and complex information effectively
