Key Responsibilities
- Scan, upload, and label case documents into appropriate files
- Process referrals and assist with administrative tasks including data entry
- Interact professionally with healthcare professionals and respond to inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency in computer programs including MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a HIPAA compliant home office environment
