UX Designer and Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer & Researcher to join their UX team and enhance customer experiences through research and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on product design, user experience, and research for various products
• Conduct user research to define personas, journey maps, and user stories
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for user interfaces

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in user experience, product design, and research
• Degree in User Experience, HCI, or a related field
• Strong skills in UX strategy, information architecture, wireframing, and research
• Experience with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma
• Proficiency in conducting end-to-end user research studies
