UX Production Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Production Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop component designs in collaboration with UXDs, PMs, and Engineers throughout the implementation process
• Create and document design guidelines and sticker sheets for the internal design system
• Act as a subject-matter-expert for the design system, advising designers on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product design or UX
• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with design systems
• Experience contributing to mature design systems, including documentation and education
• Working knowledge of design tokens and accessibility standards
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience designing across multiple platforms
