Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vendor Management Manager, Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and third-party support vendors, managing contracts and relationships
- Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and QA metrics to monitor vendor performance and implement improvement plans
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure vendors are properly staffed and trained to meet demand
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management, operations, or customer support
- Proven ability to manage remote teams across time zones and cultures
- Strong data orientation with the ability to analyze dashboards and drive action
- Experience in a scaling or high-growth environment is a plus
