Vendor Staff Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Staff Specialist to support Design Vendor teams and manage project progress in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual support and coaching to vendor teams, including feedback sessions and performance goal-setting
• Investigate and resolve account escalations related to vendor quality issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions
• Track and analyze individual vendor user performance data and trends while managing workflows across multiple vendors

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Staff Designer in multiple disciplines, or three years in a Senior Designer role, or four years of extensive solar design experience
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field preferred, but not required
• Strong understanding of the residential construction process
• Proficient in drafting and AutoCAD, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, and Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
