Key Responsibilities
- Quickly understand, categorize, and diagnose customer requests through various communication channels
- Stay informed on production issues and suggest creative workarounds for users
- Document customer interactions and ensure issues are resolved through follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of veterinary terminology and workflows
- 3+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital
- Experience using or installing Instinct EMR
- Availability to work overnights and weekends
