Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Experience & Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan in collaboration with A&D Business Units and Corporate functions
- Manage customer relationships and business development, focusing on strategic account management and customer satisfaction
- Lead external market intelligence efforts and develop innovative marketing strategies
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 12+ years of applicable industry experience, with a focus on business development or account management
- 5+ years of experience leading customer experience teams of 50+
- Experience with RF/MW/MMW technologies and working with large A&D prime systems integrators/OEMs is highly desirable
- Proven ability to develop end-to-end customer journeys and optimize customer experiences
