Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall software development process for both on-premise and SaaS offerings
• Drive adoption and revenue for Voice IVA / IVR while ensuring exceptional customer experience
• Lead a geographically diverse product engineering team and drive innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10 years of progressive management and leadership experience with 15 years of overall engineering experience
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Conversational AI products
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Kafka, and AI technologies
• Proven track record of managing distributed teams and delivering large engineering projects on time
