Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead and scale its engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a product-oriented engineering team of approximately 40 people, with plans to expand to 60
• Navigate the transition to an AI-first engineering organization, enhancing best practices and product insights
• Develop and communicate a clear technical strategy that aligns with business goals and establishes high standards for software quality

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience as a founder or in a fast-growing startup environment
• Strong technical background with the ability to contribute to architectural discussions
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering leaders
• Experience overseeing enterprise-scale systems on modern cloud infrastructure
