A company is looking for a Vice President of Renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and performance management for customer renewals, ensuring high revenue retention
- Lead the Customer Success Operations function, establishing operational KPIs and health scoring
- Serve as a bridge between Sales, Customer Success, and FP&A to ensure alignment on revenue and forecasting
