Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales - North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive pipeline growth and meet revenue targets
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on strategic accounts and customer relationships
- Operationalize sales processes to improve forecasting accuracy and overall sales performance
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales leadership, preferably in SaaS or digital consulting
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and scaling revenue growth
- Experience with ABM platforms and strategy
- Proven track record of building pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced education is an asset
