Vice President of Solutions Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Solutions Delivery and Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain business architecture standards and governance processes
• Define and evolve business architecture for Personal Lines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Lead the development of digital applications and drive digital transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in business architecture or enterprise transformation within the insurance or financial services industry
• Experience with digital transformation and customer experience design
• Familiarity with core insurance platforms and emerging technologies
• Proven experience in designing and implementing business capabilities at scale
