Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with pre-VIP customers and serve as their main point of contact
- Drive retention and loyalty through personalized communication and data-driven strategies
- Monitor player activity and analyze trends to identify opportunities for tailored engagement
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Hindi is a must
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Proven experience in VIP Customer Relationship roles, preferably in the iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of iGaming Industry KPI metrics and terminology
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
