Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with regional laws
- Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with external vendors for accurate reporting and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll systems and respond to payroll inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; certifications like Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) are desirable
- Experience with payroll management and implementation of payroll systems, particularly in US and Canadian regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software and advanced skills in MS Excel
- Experience with HRIS and ERP systems is a plus
