Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across the US, Canada, and North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with regional laws
• Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with external vendors for accurate reporting and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll systems and respond to payroll inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; certifications like Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) are desirable
• Experience with payroll management and implementation of payroll systems, particularly in US and Canadian regulations
• Proficiency in payroll software and advanced skills in MS Excel
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems is a plus
