Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine
- Must have a reliable home office setup free from noise and distractions
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends, in the EST time zone
- Must reside in one of the specified states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN, or TX
- High-speed internet connection is required
