Responsibilities:
• Receive and route incoming calls via Rogers Unison, ensuring a smooth communication flow within the company.
• Manage live chat messages and respond promptly to inquiries, providing top-notch customer service.
• Handle email correspondence, addressing inquiries and routing messages as needed.
• Schedule appointments and assist in maintaining the calendar, coordinating with relevant team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams using Slack and Monday.com to track tasks and stay updated on company information.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, representing Avid Apparel’s commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
• Proficiency with Rogers Unison, Slack, and Monday.com, or ability to learn quickly.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Availability for immediate response during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
