Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vocational Rehab Payments Manager who will oversee and coordinate daily activities related to vocational rehabilitation payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and evaluate contact center staff, including supervisors and team leads
- Monitor and report on hiring, performance management, and career development of staff
- Prepare and manage the overall call center budget and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field
- Five or more years of experience in business operations, public administration, or vocational rehabilitation
- Experience managing payment workflows for sensitive populations
- Solid understanding of the contact center industry, including metrics and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; project management skills are a plus
