• Deliver product specifications and technical support materials for new products or features to relevant teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of industry experience
• Proven experience in Voice & Collaboration service and solution design
• Understanding of product development and operational activities
• Previous experience in product development is desirable
