Key Responsibilities

• Craft a product strategy and vision for enhancements across a portfolio of products for warehouse operators
• Lead and empower a team of product managers focused on growth and skill development
• Own and deliver a roadmap for technology platforms in fulfillment centers, ensuring alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with B2B tools or Warehouse Management Systems
• Experience managing multiple complex, multi-phase strategic products with various stakeholders
• Understanding of operations and scalability challenges in a warehouse environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Human Computer Interaction, Operations, or Design preferred
• Data analysis experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, or Advanced Excel
