Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and quote on Premier Account cases while collaborating with internal teams
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients to ensure profitable business retention
- Coordinate and conduct educational sessions about the company's Group Insurance products
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in selling financial or health insurance to various client sizes
- Understanding of underwriting concepts and risk analysis
- Self-motivated with the ability to grow business and maintain relationships
- Active Life and Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Proven ability to negotiate and provide consultative solutions to meet client needs
