Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat clients remotely using a secure platform

• Maintain a full-time caseload and complete required clinical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Current independent practice license in Washington
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance
• Comfortable with online tools and technology
• Reliable internet connection and video-capable device
