Job Summary
A company is looking for an ADP WFM Lead to support client resources in the successful implementation of Workforce Management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Business Structure Analysis and ensure all required employee assignments and elements are validated
- Develop UAT scripts and support testing of various policies, consolidating issues for the ADP Implementation Consultant
- Create user training materials and support the client during the go-live process, including answering support questions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) implementations
- Knowledge of payroll structures and related policies
- Ability to create training materials and conduct training sessions
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
- Familiarity with change management practices and stakeholder communication
