Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product workshops, health checks, and risk assessments
- Provide advanced technical support and act as the primary technical contact for customers
- Perform post-implementation reviews and assess product upgrades or migrations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Windows & Cloud Environments
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning and optimization
- Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) configuration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of security standards and compliance, including NIST 800-53 principles
