Wireless Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wireless Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and support of wireless network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee wireless service integration tasks, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with customer management
• Manage projects with in-house staff and contractors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of deliverables
• Analyze customer requirements for network services and develop technical strategies and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in engineering wireless solutions
• In-depth knowledge of radio frequency (RF) theory, wave propagation, and antenna fundamentals
• Experience with Cisco wireless LANs, including configuration and deployment of access points and controllers
• Hands-on experience with RF planning tools and spectrum analysis for network optimization
• Familiarity with wireless security standards and protocols, including PEAP, RADIUS, and 802.1X/802.11i
