Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Information System Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process design and documentation for Workday HCM
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements
• Create process maps using Blueworks Live and Visio

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM or similar SaaS implementations
• Strong knowledge of business process management (BPM) principles
• Proficiency in Visio and Blueworks Live
• 5+ years in business process improvement or consulting roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or 8+ years experience in lieu of degree)
