Key Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting to ensure goals are met
- Manage complex plans and provide guidance on escalated issues
- Lead training and onboarding for team members while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of Retirement Plans Administration experience
- Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
- Excellent mathematical and Excel skills
- QKA or equivalent designation preferred
