Key Responsibilities

• Review integration requirements and provide guidance for customer implementations
• Independently install and configure software products while troubleshooting issues with clients and vendors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience with clinical enterprise software applications
• Experience with Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Windows
• Understanding of system implementation and installation processes
• Experience with clinical messaging applications and workflows
