A company is looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster, Workers Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from set-up to closure
- Evaluate and handle high dollar, complex claims while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for partner agents and customers, providing claim guidance and status updates
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of workers' compensation claim adjusting experience is required
- Active licensing in applicable states is required
- Experience with claims in TX, IL, IN, MI, MO, WI, KY, LA, and NE is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements in claims adjudication
