• Prepare and submit appeals for unpaid or underpaid bills, ensuring timely documentation
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, employers, and payer representatives while resolving account issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience with Workers' Compensation processes
• Preferred experience with workers' compensation fee schedules
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
