Workers' Compensation Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Reporting Specialist, Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and manage end-to-end reporting processes for all Workers' Compensation regulatory reports
• Track, triage, and resolve WC data requests and errors, identifying root causes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and support the timely submission of various WC reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of Workers' Compensation Reporting experience
• Experience with WCIO file formats is a plus
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL coding, and Tableau or equivalent required
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
