Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Reporting Specialist, Workers Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and manage end-to-end reporting processes for all Workers' Compensation regulatory reports
- Track, triage, and resolve WC data requests and errors, identifying root causes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and support the timely submission of various WC reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Workers' Compensation Reporting experience
- Experience with WCIO file formats is a plus
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL coding, and Tableau or equivalent required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
