- Interface with management to adapt forecasts and support organizational growth during high demand periods
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in forecasting and operational planning in a call center environment
- 2+ years of experience in advanced trend analysis and data interpretation for business decisions
- Experience with workforce management forecasting for contractor-based workforces
- Proficiency in data modeling and relational database structures
- Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets
