Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Lead who can lead with execution and act as a force multiplier for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute mission-critical projects, establishing structure and processes for high-priority functions
• Drive business performance using data analysis, managing KPIs and reporting for operational work streams
• Build and improve systems by designing scalable processes and deploying internal tools to enhance productivity

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in business operations, consulting, strategy, or startup execution roles
• Experience running or establishing operational workstreams
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
• Ability to influence across teams and operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or startups is a plus
