Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Workforce Analysis
- Expert proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Proficiency with Workforce Management software, preferably Assembled
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
- Familiarity with contact center operations and scheduling constraints
