Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a system to notify leadership of staffing inefficiencies
- Track and analyze performance metrics and trends to optimize service levels
- Develop presentations and reports for leadership on operational insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- 2-3 years of experience developing custom spreadsheet models
- 1-2 years of experience measuring productivity and performance metrics
- Knowledge of data forecasting concepts and ability to calculate staffing needs
- BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics preferred
