A company is looking for a SPS WFM Analyst, Selling Partner Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor queue performance and provide updates on service level impacting issues
- Compare staffing to forecast requirements and take corrective actions as needed
- Leverage operational tools to analyze demand and staffing impacts, recommending resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
- 3+ years' experience in WFM Real-time Service Level management
