Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Scheduler (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Approve scheduling requests and provide recommendations based on historical trends and staffing availability
  • Analyze and report on scheduling and staffing trends to improve operational coverage and efficiency
  • Perform audits of reports and maintain data integrity within Workforce Management systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree OR High School/GED with at least 3 years of experience in contact center or workforce administration
  • Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify trends and drive improvements
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Experience with workforce management systems is preferred
  • Prior contact center scheduling experience is preferred
