Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Scheduler (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Approve scheduling requests and provide recommendations based on historical trends and staffing availability
- Analyze and report on scheduling and staffing trends to improve operational coverage and efficiency
- Perform audits of reports and maintain data integrity within Workforce Management systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School/GED with at least 3 years of experience in contact center or workforce administration
- Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify trends and drive improvements
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience with workforce management systems is preferred
- Prior contact center scheduling experience is preferred
