A company is looking for a People Technology Architect, Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic architectural decisions for workforce transformation initiatives
- Design end-to-end solutions for labor demand forecasting, scheduling, and timekeeping
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks in workforce management systems
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in workforce management solutions implementation/configuration
- Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM and Time & Labor
- Experience as a lead consultant on system implementations
- BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven solutions
