Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workstation PC Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for a Microsoft-based network, including Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office 365
- Install and maintain PC hardware and software, troubleshoot network issues, and perform system backups
- Manage incoming and outgoing assets, prepare systems for deployment, and assist other technicians as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PC support and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with installing Windows, software applications, and antivirus
- Minimum 1 year of experience with direct client interaction
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to process changes
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN, and networking best practices
