Workstation PC Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workstation PC Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for a Microsoft-based network, including Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office 365
• Install and maintain PC hardware and software, troubleshoot network issues, and perform system backups
• Manage incoming and outgoing assets, prepare systems for deployment, and assist other technicians as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PC support and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with installing Windows, software applications, and antivirus
• Minimum 1 year of experience with direct client interaction
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to process changes
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN, and networking best practices
