A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions regarding coverage, rates, and billing issues
- Care for customers recently involved in accidents by setting up new claim reports and demonstrating empathy
- Offer additional products to customers while servicing their unique needs
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience
- OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Customer service experience
- Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
