Job Summary
A company is looking for a Zone Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for contract and non-contract services
- Audit and analyze service records at customer accounts and provide reminders of proper service documentation
- Act as a liaison with Service Sales, Field Service, and customers to resolve invoicing and contract issues
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline, or a High School diploma/GED with five years of customer service experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a minimum of two years' experience in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Compliance with background checks and customer access policies is mandatory
