A company is looking for a Remote Patient Intake Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient placements by coordinating with referral sources and ensuring timely financial and medical clearances
• Serve as the primary contact for patient referral communications and oversee the admissions process
• Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and assist in processing referrals during busy periods

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree desirable; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• 2 - 4 years of related experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high caseload
• Familiarity with Salesforce and EMR systems is a plus
• Must be available to work 8am-5pm EST or 9am-6pm EST
