Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete criteria-based prior authorizations per policy and procedure
• Process prior authorization requests in a high-volume setting
• Utilize multiple technology platforms and clinical resources effectively

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D
• At least two years of experience as a pharmacist
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the candidate's state of residence
• Prior experience with prior authorization reviews or clinical case reviews
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
