RN Clinical Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Manager - Population Health - Medicare Advantage (MA).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system-wide population health projects and initiatives, developing implementation plans and operational workflows
• Provide subject matter expertise on value-based quality measures and enhance contract performance through data validation
• Direct and lead a team of Population Health Coordinators to support quality outcomes and performance within value-based care programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current RN License in the state of practice or covered by compact (required)
• BSN or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field (required)
• 7 years of business/healthcare experience in leadership, healthcare quality, and project management (required)
• Experience with managed security service provider (MSSP), NCQA, CMS, and HEDIS (required)
• MSN or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
