Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to join their Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of renewals by collaborating with team members, partners, and customers
  • Create and manage timely renewal quotes and maintain accurate renewals forecasts
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities, ensuring a minimum 85% retention rate
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of service renewal experience, preferably in the networking or SaaS industry
  • Expert knowledge of service business practices, including co-termination and service terms
  • Experience negotiating with partners and customers in a multi-tier channel environment
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Excel, Access, and Tableau
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and MS Dynamics is a plus
